Campus Crusade for Christ has prepared a website which provides a basic explanation for how you can know Jesus.
According to the teachings of The Bible, each one of us is like a child. Like a child learns to develop his faith and grows in relationship with his parents and fellow human beings. We too need to learn to develop and grow in our relationship with God. If you have found your faith that Jesus is the Savior and you wish to grow in your relationship with God we encourage you to take the following steps:
PRAYER
Prayer means spending some time alone each day talking with God.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..." (Philippians 4:6)
WORSHIP
Attend Church regularly that praises the Lord, Jesus Christ and teaches the Bible.
"I was glad when they said to me, 'Let us go into the house of the Lord.'" (Psalm 122:1)
"God is a Spirit, and those who worship Him, must worship in spirit and truth." (John 4:24)
FELLOWSHIP
To grow in your faith, meet with fellow Christians , the followers of the Lord.
"We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ." (1 John 1:3)
WITNESS
Talk with fellow-men and tell them what Jesus means to you!
"But you will receive power, when the Holy Spirit comes on you and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:8)
